Navah’s Closet provides one flat shipping rate. So whether you purchase one item or ten, you will pay one flat rate of $7.95. It doesn't matter the size of the order or how much you spend. Excluding international purchases*
Return Policy
If you return the item(s) within the first 30 days of your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and excluding originally paid shipping fees. Once the item has been returned back to me( within the 30 days from the purchase), and as long as it is in the same condition as when sold, I will issue you a refund. If item(s) are not in original condition there will be no refund issued.
Occasionally, I will sell new item()s, if item has not been worn and tag has been removed it cannot be returned for a full refund. Once the original packaging has been removed, we can no longer resell the item as new. However, since I am customer driven and prefer for you to be happy with your purchase and experience, please contact me regarding your particular issue and I will see what I can do to help.
